1-Q-WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR VERIFICATION OF CERTIFICATES AND DEGREES?
ANS- Send your certificates and degrees for verification through your department to board. Attach two copies of certificate and two recent pictures with the application. Deposit 500 verification fees in habib bank BISE branch and collect the receipt. Verification will be sent to concerned department. It will not be handed over by hand. Armed forces, police and other sensitive departments are exempted from verification fees.

2-Q-WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR PAPER RECHECKING?
ANS- Deposit dully filled form along with photocopy of result card in R&D department. No application will be entertained for paper rechecking 15 days after result.

3-Q- WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR GETTING MIGRATION/BOARD CHANGING?
ANS- Students of federal board and other provinces will deposit a certificate, on oath statement on stamp paper, while students of other boards will deposit 2 pictures along with attested copy of certificate/result card and attested copy of registration card. Than attach the photocopies with form and drop it in the registration branch. On the very next day certificate of migration/board changing will be issued.

4-Q-WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE OF CHANGING SCHOOL?
ANS-First of all get form from sale depot for changing school than fill the form according to instructions given in the form and leave it in registration branch situated in room number 110 in new building.

5-Q-WHAT IS THE ROUTE FOR GETTING DUPLICATE CERTIFICATE?
ANS- Drop dully filled form in R&D section. Duplicate certificate will be send to you in pre defined period.
NOTE- Duplicate certificate will not be handed over by hand.

6-Q-WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR CHANGING DATE OF BIRTH?
ANS-First of all fill up the form for changing the date of birth. Then attach original matriculation result card/certificate and birth certificate or school record of date of birth on getting admission in class one than after checking from room no 110 drop the form in R&D section.

7-Q- WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE OF CHANGING NAME IN RESULT CARD OR CERTIFICATE?
ANS-Firstly publish ad in two newspapers [one Urdu and one English newspaper] for changing your name according to the specimen given on the back of form, secondly attach the whole news paper with the form. Then write the statement on stamp paper, which you had published in the newspapers and present the stamp paper before first class magistrate or civil judge for attestation. Thirdly, present the stamp paper and original board certificate in recognition section situated in room number 110 of new building of board of intermediate and secondary education for checking and verification. Lastly submit the application in R&D section.

8-Q-WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR CORRECTING THE SPELLINGS ON BOARD CERTIFICATE?
ANS-Download the form from website of board. Deposit the dully filled form along with original certificate in R&D section.

9-Q-WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR CORRECTING THE FATHER NAME IN THE CERTIFICATE?
ANS-Firstly publish ad in two newspapers [one Urdu and one English newspaper] for Correction of fatherā€™s name according to the specimen given on the back of form, secondly attach the whole news paper with the form. Then write the statement on stamp paper, which you had published in the newspapers and present the stamp paper before first class magistrate or civil judge for attestation. Thirdly, present the stamp paper and original board certificate in recognition section situated in room number 110 of new building of board of intermediate and secondary education for checking. Lastly submit the application in R&D section.
