Masjid Rehmat-ul-lil-Alameen Islamabad is an initiative of Dr Ubaid Ur Rehman who is serving as President Masjid committee. This noble soul is a teacher by profession as he is serving as assistant professor in International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI). Dr Ubaid Ur Rehman is PhD in Arabic language and literature. You will have to take first step for your life hereafter by donating your excess money to Masjid committee. Below we have given the list of free facilities offered by Masjid Rehmat-ul-lill-Alameen Islamabad;



Free Medical Facilities

One of the unique features of this mosque is the free medical facilities, like clinic with a pharmacy. Here telemedicine facility is also provided for those patients who can not visit the Masjid clinic personally. You may get free medical advice via video call. This ensures that members of the community have access to medical assistance & advice, even beyond the physical walls of the mosque.


Free Hall For Marriage & Aqeeqa Ceremonies

A heartwarming initiative of the mosque is the provision of a Wedding Hall for the marriages of underprivileged girls. This includes free catering service without charges, a stage for nikah ceremony, marriage gifts for the couples, a bridal room & a free meal for guests only on the marriage of orphan girls. The capacity of the hall is 200 persons. Hall is air conditioned and round seating arrangements is provided. This facility is extended even to girls from minority religions & the shadi hall is offered free of charge to all. You may also use the hall for engagement and aqeeqa ceremonies. Just inform the administration in advance and avoid lavish expenditure.



Resting Area

Recognizing the importance of rest, the Rehmat Ul Alameen Masjid also provides a dedicated rest area for tired individuals for acknowledging the need for comfort & respite.



Campaign Against Jaheez

In a bold move against the practice of dowry, the Jamia Masjid Rahmatulil Alameen Islamabad has launched a campaign where youngsters come together to promise for not taking dowry as its the biggest social evil of Pakistani society. This progressive approach aims to tackle a deeply ingrained societal issue.



Free Daily Meal

The Masjid also extends its generosity to provide free daily lunch for those in need. Everyday different dish is cooked for hungry people.



Free Medical Tests

Masjid also has a medical lab where all necessary tests of deserving patients are conducted on subsidized rates and even free.




Additionally a Baitulmaal is in place to support deserving individuals on one time and monthly basis. Orphans, widows and disabled persons can contact the Baitulmaal in hours of need for immediate help in form of money.

450 Water Taps

Other initiatives include the installation of over 450 water taps for free water supply.



Family Unity Council

the establishment of a family unity council to resolve disputes between husbands and wives is also a great initiative for saving the marriages and family system in the society.



Sports Facilities

A sports equipment bank has also been established in the mosques for helping the those youngsters who can not afford to buy them.



Special Initiative For Girls

Females are given special status in Islam, that’s why Masjid is also focusing on empowering women. A self-defense club for providing training in karate, judo and self-defense for girls is also there in the mosque.




Furthermore, the presence of an Islamic library enriches the community with knowledge & resources. There are books on hadith, tafseer, Islamic jurisprudence and Islamic journals in the library. It is also being used as reference library by researchers.
