This noble soul is a teacher by profession as he is serving as assistant professor in International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI). Dr Ubaid Ur Rehman is PhD in Arabic language and literature. Here telemedicine facility is also provided for those patients who can not visit the Masjid clinic personally. You may get free medical advice via video call. Free Hall For Marriage & Aqeeqa Ceremonies
A heartwarming initiative of the mosque is the provision of a Wedding Hall for the marriages of underprivileged girls. This includes free catering service without charges, a stage for nikah ceremony, marriage gifts for the couples, a bridal room & a free meal for guests only on the marriage of orphan girls. The capacity of the hall is 200 persons. Hall is air conditioned and round seating arrangements is provided. This facility is extended even to girls from minority religions & the shadi hall is offered free of charge to all. You may also use the hall for engagement and aqeeqa ceremonies. Just inform the administration in advance and avoid lavish expenditure.
Resting Area
Recognizing the importance of rest, the Rehmat Ul Alameen Masjid also provides a dedicated rest area for tired individuals for acknowledging the need for comfort & respite.
Campaign Against Jaheez
In a bold move against the practice of dowry, the Jamia Masjid Rahmatulil Alameen Islamabad has launched a campaign where youngsters come together to promise for not taking dowry as its the biggest social evil of Pakistani society. This progressive approach aims to tackle a deeply ingrained societal issue.

The Masjid also extends its generosity to provide free daily lunch for those in need. Everyday different dish is cooked for hungry people.

Special Initiative For Girls
Females are given special status in Islam, that’s why Masjid is also focusing on empowering women. A self-defense club for providing training in karate, judo and self-defense for girls is also there in the mosque.
Library
