Prices of 3 Marla & 5 Marla Houses Under Naya Pakistan Housing Program
Minimum price of 3 marla house (597 Sq ft) will be 1650000 rupees. 350000 is the down payment for this unit.
Minimum net price of 5 marla house (826 Sq feet) will be approximately 2190000 rupees. 460,000 is the down payment for such unit.
Slight changes are expected in this estimation. Sui gas connection charges are not included in the estimation. 5% extra will be received for corner house.
Important Information on Naya Pakistan Housing Program For Bhakkar, Layyah & Quaidabad (Khushab)
1-Two bed room houses are being constructed under NPHP.
2-20 percent down payment will be received from allottees. Rest of amount will be paid in easy installments of 18 months. In case of success for bank loan, you will have to pay the rest of amount in 20 years.
3-Overseas Pakistanis will be given 5% discount in their native districts.
4-Possession will be delivered to allottees in 18 months.
5-Applications will be received in concerned BOP branches till 00th June, 2022.
6-Application forms are available free of cost from this page and BOP. You may also use its photocopy.
7-250 rupees processing fee and 10000 rupees token money will be received with application form. Token money is refundable for unsuccessful applicants in draw.
8-Just Punjab domicile holders are eligible for this phase of Naya Pakistan Housing Program 2022.
9-Priority will be given to domicile holders of Bhakkar, Layyah & Quaidabad (Khushab).
10-Applicants should not own any commercial or residential plot or house in Pakistan.
11-It will be mandatory for successful allottees to live at least for 5 years in their house.
