HEC Pakistan has just newly announced the USAID Scholarships Pakistan which is defined as USAID Funded Merit & Need Based Scholarship Program 2024. This is actually a fully-funded program for the students of graduate and undergraduate levels.
The main purpose of this scholarship program 2024 is to support the students who are financially constraints or those who are talented but they cannot support their studies. These funds will cover the full tuition along with the stipends for the students who are talented but they are not on the high financial status.
This USAID scholarship is also covering the tuition fee which is for the whole course such as 2 years of graduate degree and for the 4 years of undergraduate program. Plus, it is also accompanying the cost of transportation along with the books cost, living expenses and rest of the requirements of student.

Eligibility Requirements
This scholarship opportunity is just for the female students to apply on. To apply for this program, student has to be currently enrolling for the public or the private university. Students can pursue the degrees of MBA, MS, MPhil or any other teaching degree.
A student cannot apply for this scholarship, if they have already acquired any advantage of self-finance, self-support or if they are studying for the evening degree programs. Students waiting for the results or if they have apply for any other scholarship cannot apply for this scholarship 2024.
Important Guidelines for USAID Scholarships for Pakistani Women of Graduate Level
Students can apply for USAID need-based and merit scholarship online.
You can fill the form for the application online by visiting the official site of HEC.
All the documents should be attached in the attested form and should be submit in the Financial Aid office of the applicant’s university.
Any application which is in the hard form will not be accepted.
You are not supposed to submit the documents in the HEC otherwise, it won’t be accepted.
