You would also be submitting the Character Certificate from the Principal or the Headmaster of the institute which you last attended.

 

You would attach 3 recent photographs with the candidate Name and Fathers Name on the back of the Photographs.
You would also be providing with the N.O.C. from the Board if passed S.S.C. or Intermediate examination from the Board other than Lahore.
Plus, you would also provide with the 1 Photocopy of C.N.I.C. of applicant or father / guardian.
The age of the candidate should not be above 18 years of age on the last date of the receipt of the application submission.
