The Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC), Government of Punjab has just newly announced with their application as in favor of the eligible public sector college teachers or the university faculty in Punjab. This program has been designed with the main aim as in favor of awarding almost all the Foreign PhD scholarships as for the time span of the 3 years inside the QS Top Ranking 500 universities of 2017-2018. There are limited amount of the Foreign PhD Scholarships that are put forward as in favor of the Humanities as well as Social Sciences and for the sake of the Management Sciences this year.

In this program there will be a limited amount of the scholarships.
Plus we would like to mention that the Foreign PhD Scholarships duration is within the range of the three (03) years for the side of the Punjab Public Sector College/University Faculty.
Main Incentives of PHEC Admission 2022 in 2 Year Bachelor Program:
In this scholarship program the student would be able to get the complete university tuition fee.
Plus it would also be offering you with the return air-fare all along with the living stipend.
This program would also be bearing the cost of your books plus with your research allowances too.
The tuition fee is provided within the limit of US$ 79,440.
Eligibility Criteria Conditions For PHEC Admission 2022 in 2 Year Bachelor Program:
It is important the application should be the Pakistani citizen with the means of the domicile from any district of Punjab.
Candidate should be having the age limit of 45 years on application deadline i.e. February 0, 2022.
He or she should be the full time complete regular and permanent faculty members of Public Sector College or University all set with the minimum 2 years’ experience.
Moreover they should also be holding the valid offer/admission letter from a foreign university as in the middle of the QS top ranking 500. The admission must be in a direct PhD program that would be arranging in the months of the June-September 2022.
Furthermore, the candidate should be having the complete 18 years of education (MS/M. Phil) with minimum CGPA 3.0 out of 4.0 in the semester system and no 3rd division in their whole academic career.
Who Cannot Apply For PHEC Admissions 2022 in 2 Year Bachelor Program?
Those candidates who are having the dual nationals they are not eligible to apply for the PHEC Admissions 2022 in 2 Year Bachelor Program. Plus the candidates who are already the participant of any other scholarship program can not apply for this program. At the same time, the candidates who are not full time regular and permanent employees in public sector college/university cannot apply. Those application forms would not be accepted that would be submit by hand.

You should also be providing with the appointment/regularization letter as being the regular permanent faculty in public sector college/ university.
Additional documents required with the application submission form are photocopy of domicile plus the photocopy of CNIC, CV/Resume plus the foreign Supervisor Profile along with IELTS/TOFL/GRE etc score if they do demand. You should also be having the NOC from the relevant government department/university authorities.
