University of Gujrat has announced the postgraduate admission 2023 in MBA, MS, M.Phil and Phd programs. Admissions will open from 0th of Sep, 2023. UOG will receive the online applications for admission in these PG programs till 0 September, 2023. Candidate himself will be held responsible for providing any wrong information. University of Gujrat Hafiz Hayat campus has established admission assistance centers in Alfarabi block lab number 12 and Ibne Khaldun block room no 211. Helpline number for admission 2023 related guidance is 053-3643171 ext-155. Scholarships are available for students of M.Phil.
UOG Hafiz Hayat Campus Postgraduate Admission 2023 Procedure
After filling the online form, you will get the print of fee deposit slip from www.uog.edu.pk. Deposit the fee before the UOG deadline in any branch of HBL. On submitting the fee and form you will receive an SMS on provided cell number about confirmation. In case of not receiving the SMS contact Director IT of UOG immediately on email director.it@uog.edu.pk. List of all applicants will be uploaded on UOG portal after the final deadline. Don’t consider this list as merit list. If you do not find your name in this list of candidates then again contact the director IT for rectification purpose.
Merit list will be displayed online and on the notice boards of concerned departments. Selected candidates will have to contact the concerned HOD along with their all original documents. In service candidates will have to provide NOC/study leave issued by their departmental authorities. Concern HOD will issue the admission and semester fee slips to the admitted students. This final admission 2023 fee will only be received in the Hafiz Hayat campus Jalal Pur Jattan road Gujrat branch of HBL.
