The Pakistan Army offers an array of opportunities for those aspiring to join their ranks as soldiers. This February, the Army is recruiting Soldiers, Military Police, Clerks & Sanitary Workers. Age requirements range from 17 ½ to 23 years on 1st April, 2024, while graduate applicants will be given 1 year upper age relaxation. Children of army personals who have martyred & injured during any war & those candidates who have valid driving license will also be eligible to get upper age relaxation of two years. Children of serving & retired army officers and junior staff will also get benefit from relaxation in upper age limit. Sanitary workers have different age limits i.e 17 1/2 to 35 years.

 

 

Height Requirements

Height requirements are as follows:

Soldier – 5 feet 6 inches (167.5 CM)
Clerk – 5 feet three inches or 160 CM
Military Police – 5 feet eight inches (173 CM)
Cook – 5 feet 3 inches
Sanitary Worker – Five feet three inches
The army also offers special relaxations to those with special requirements, including Children of Martyrs & holders of domiciles from Balochistan, ex-FATA & Northern Areas.

 

 

Qualification Required & Schedule of Registration

In order to join the Pakistan Army, applicants should have a minimum qualification of Matriculation or higher. Those aiming for the Clerk position should have an Intermediate or higher qualification, with Computer Diploma holders given preference. Those hoping to join as a Cook should possess a Middle or higher qualification. The Pakistan Army also offers special quotas for candidates from minority communities.

 

 

 

The Pakistan Army is now open for online registration. Registration process will begin from 0 Feb, 2024 and it will continue till 0 March, 2024.
