Dermatology is an ever-growing field with an enormous scope and demand. Dermatologists are always in demand. But because of their relatively low wages and high workload, dermatologists are also frequently in need of additional income to keep up with their expenses. The need for dermatologists is increasing day by day, especially in developing countries like Pakistan. There is a growing demand for dermatologists, but there is only a limited supply.

Pakistan is one of the countries that have seen an upsurge in the number of dermatologists in recent times. According to World Health Organization statistics, the country has approximately 50 dermatologists for every million inhabitants. As of now, there are more than 7,000 registered dermatologists in Pakistan. In 2010, the country also witnessed a significant rise in the incidence of skin cancer. The scope of BS in dermatology in Pakistan is much larger than that of many other medical specialties. A large portion of the population has never even considered visiting a dermatologist. Pakistan is one of the few countries in the world where this is the case. This is mostly due to a lack of awareness and understanding among the populace about the role of dermatologists and the need for their services.

It has been found that the majority of dermatological disorders and diseases are caused by external factors such as the environment, hygiene, cosmetics, stress, pollution, and improper diet. If your skin is exposed to the sun all the time and you are not taking care of it, you may end up suffering from various skin problems, such as a breakout, dry skin, and even sunburn.

Skin care is one of the major parts of beauty for all people. But there are several reasons why we must develop skin care habit. One of the most important cause of rising rate of acne are stress and pollution. In Pakistan, almost every man and woman suffer from acne, even women who don’t use any cosmetics. So to help women fight acne and prevent scars, the best solution is to consult qualified dermatologist.
