2 copies of the B form is also required.
2 photographs of passport size needs to be included with blue color background.
2 copies of your father or guardian CNIC

If you are not applying through Gujranwala Board and in case you belong to some other educational board, then you have to submit your NOC documentation with the admission form. Plus for the reserved seats as well, the applicant needs to attach their certificate from the respective department. Applicants within the age restriction of 16-20 can only apply.

 

 

Important Instructions for GC Women University Sialkot Admission 2023
All the students who will be shortlisted for the admission will be done through the open merit criteria. There are special seats which are for overseas Pakistani, foreign citizenship, Extra-curricular quota or on the basis of under-privileged quota. There are also seats which are reserved for the kids of university workers.

 

For all the above mentioned seats, candidates have to appear for an interview panel if the GCWU Sialkot management asks for it. A strict merit criterion has been followed for the admission of students.

 

All the candidates who will be applying for the pre-engineering, pre-medical or the ICS programs, they will be all strictly selected on the basis of the merit. Wrongly filled admission form or maximum over-cutting will straight away cancel the submitted application form. Deposited fee is not refundable.

All the admissions forms are already available from bank university main office starting from October 0th 2023 till November 0st 2023.
0-11-2023 is the last date after which admission forms are un-acceptable or entertained at any cost.
November 0th 2023 will display you the first list of merit.
Nov 0th 2023 will be the date of final fee submission for the 1st merit list applicants.
Nov 0th 2023 will display you the second list of merit.
November 0th 2023 will be the date of final fee submission for the 2nd merit list applicants.
November 0th 2023 will display the third list of merit if it is needed.
On November 10th & 11th, students applying for the quota reserved seats will hence appear for trial interview session.
