Eligibility Criteria for All Programs
For the BS programs, those students can apply who have the degree of BS with at least 2.50 CGPA or has a 2nd division. For the diploma program, those students can apply who have 50% marks or 2.50 CGPA in their annual examination.
To apply for the PhD program, applicant should have at least 2.50/4.00 CGPA in their previous MS/MPhil degree.
Application Procedure?
Admissions are available at the BOK & NBP AUST branches. You can also download the application forms by visiting www.applyonline.aust.edu.pk. For the MS/MPhil and PhD Programs form fee is Rs.1500. You have to deposit the fee in the NBP AUST Branch account no. 2240-4139312551 and attach the deposit slip along with the required documents with the printed form.
Is There any Age Limit Requirement?
Yes there is! Students applying for the BS program should have the age of 25 years old and for the MS/MPhil programs, applicant should be at least 45 years old.

Last date for submitting the applicant forms of all programs including short courses is 0th September 2023.
Entry test of the applicants applying in the program of Pharm-D at AUST will be on 0-09-2023 at 11 AM.
1st merit list of BS Program & Pharm-D applicants will be displayed on 0th October 2023. Interview will be on 0th October 2023 and last date for fee submission will be 0th October 2023.
2nd merit list of the BS Program & the Pharm-D applicants will be displayed on 0th October 2023. Interview will be on 0th October 2023 and last date for fee submission will be 0th October 2023.
Classes will start from 0th October 2023.
For the MPhil and PhD courses, entry test at AUST will be on 0th October 2023.
Display of the merit list will be on 0th October 2023.
Interview of the applicants will be on 0th October 2023 and last date for fee submission will be 0th October 2023.
Classes for the MPhil and PhD will start from 0th October 2023.

You have to register online through the link of https://shortcourses.aust.edu.pk/. You can also email your registration form at shortcourses@aust.edu.pk.
