Public Notice for the Candidates Appearing in ECAT Entry Test 2024, Under University of Engineering and Technology, UET Lahore

This year the entry test for B.Sc engineering and related courses will take place in the mid of May. The applicants will be required to get registered from 0 April to 0 May, 2024. In order to avoid any problem the applicants are being informed in advance that they must complete all the necessary documents especially their ID card and the B form before the registration begins.
Application for admission:

The status of the admission holders will be announced after the UET Lahore ECAT entry test. The candidates are directed to prepare their following documents, to avoid any confusion at the time of submission. It is to intimate that without these documents no application will be acceptable.

Documents Required For UET Lahore ECAT Entry Test 2024

1-Domicile certificate mentioning your place of birth and affiliation
2-Computerized national identity card or the B form issued by NADRA
3-All academic details required for the admission in related courses with detailed marks certificate. They can be higher secondary school certificate, diploma of associate engineering, B.Tech or B.Sc.
4-Six passport size recent photographs
5-IBCC equivalence certificate in case of the foreign qualification A-levels or so. The IBCC offices are present in all major cities of Pakistan.
6-Foreign resident Pakistani students will also be required to provide the following additional documents:
a-Form 8, about the parent of the student duly filled by the Pakistan Embassy in the same country. The form can be downloaded from our website.

b-Attested copy of the residential visa and the residential permission by the embassy.
c-Those potentially eligible students whose father is no more will be required to provide a death certificate issued by NADRA.
d-If a candidate is being sponsored by one of his relatives, then he is required to give the proof of the relationship with the person. He is required to submit the attested copies of the ID cards of the entire family except the guarantor and the sponsor. If his maternal uncle is the guardian, then he has to submit the nikah papers of his patents.

e-The orphans can also apply on the seats for the foreign students but only when their guaranteed or the sponsor lives abroad. The people who can apply as the guaranteer include his own brother, his maternal and paternal uncles.
